Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of deltapharmacy.pk and any order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Delta Pharmacy is a licensed pharmacy operating in Karachi, Pakistan, with licensed pharmacists on staff. Our registered address is Shop#120, Noman View Apartments, Abul Hasan Isphahani Rd, Karachi, Pakistan. We dispense medicines in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and the regulations of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide, including any prescription, is accurate, current, and belongs to you or to a person you are lawfully ordering for, such as a family member in your care.

3. Prescription medicines

• Medicines marked “Prescription Required” will only be dispensed against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. You will be asked to upload a clear photo of the prescription at checkout.
• Our pharmacists review every prescription order. We may contact you or decline an order if a prescription is unclear, expired, altered, or raises a safety concern. When we decline an order, any payment already made is refunded in full.
• Delta Pharmacy does not sell narcotics or other controlled substances through this website under any circumstances.
• Uploading a forged or altered prescription is a criminal matter. We reserve the right to refuse service and report suspected forgery.

4. Product information is not medical advice

Product pages and health articles on this site are written and reviewed by our pharmacy team for general information. They are not a substitute for advice from your doctor, and nothing on this site creates a doctor-patient relationship. Always follow your doctor’s instructions on dosage and duration. In a medical emergency, contact your doctor or the nearest hospital immediately. Do not wait for an online order.

5. Prices, availability, and errors

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and reflect DRAP-notified retail prices where applicable, minus any discount we offer.
• Medicine prices in Pakistan change when DRAP revises notified prices. We update the site promptly. If a price changes between your order and dispatch, we will contact you before charging anything different from what you saw at checkout.
• If a product is listed with an obviously incorrect price or description due to a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item is out of stock, we will tell you the expected timeline or offer a refund. We will not silently substitute a different brand without your consent.

6. Orders, payment, and cancellation

• An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. We may verify orders by phone.
• Payment options: cash on delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, debit or credit card, and bank transfer.
• You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by calling or messaging us. Orders already handed to a rider or courier follow the Return and Refund Policy instead.
• We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, prescription problems, repeated refusal of COD parcels, or stock errors, with a full refund of any amount paid.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number.
• Store medicines as directed on the label once delivered, especially refrigerated items (see the Shipping Policy).
• Do not resell medicines purchased from us. Our service is for personal and family use.
• Do not misuse the website. This includes automated scraping at abusive volumes, attempts to breach security (see our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy for the right way to report security issues), and fraudulent chargebacks.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including product descriptions, health articles, photographs we produce, and the Delta Pharmacy name and logo, belongs to Delta Pharmacy or its licensors. Manufacturer product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products. You may not copy our content for commercial use without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Delta Pharmacy is responsible for dispensing genuine, correctly labelled products against your order and prescription. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, we are not liable for harm arising from use of a medicine contrary to its label or your doctor’s instructions, for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (riots, floods, road closures, courier disruptions), or for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law, and nothing removes your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Sindh Consumer Protection Act 2014 for orders in Sindh.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We try to resolve complaints directly. Contact care@deltapharmacy.pk or +92 328 2010237 first, and we will respond within 2 working days. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “Last updated” date, applies to your use of the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
