Ocrevus 300mg Injection (Ocrelizumab)

Ocrevus 300mg Injection contains ocrelizumab, a monoclonal antibody used to treat multiple sclerosis (MS). It works by targeting and reducing certain immune cells called B cells, which play a part in the damage to nerves seen in MS. By lowering the number of these cells, it reduces the immune attack on the brain and spinal cord, helping to lower relapses and slow the progression of disability. Ocrevus uses include the treatment of relapsing forms of MS and primary progressive MS in adults, and it is given only as an intravenous infusion in a hospital or clinic under specialist supervision.

How Ocrevus Is Given

Pre-medication is given beforehand to reduce the chance of an infusion reaction, and patients are observed during and after the infusion. The schedule is decided by your specialist. Never attempt to obtain or use this medicine without specialist supervision.
