Shipping Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

We deliver medicines the way medicines should be delivered: quickly, discreetly, and, for temperature-sensitive items, cold. This page explains how our delivery works.

1. Delivery areas and timelines

We deliver across every area of Karachi, including Clifton, DHA, PECHS, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Johar, North Nazimabad, Nazimabad, F.B. Area, Malir, Korangi, Landhi, Shah Faisal, Saddar, Lyari, Orangi, Baldia, Surjani, and Scheme 33. If your area is not listed at checkout, message us, and we can usually arrange it.

2. Delivery charges

Charges are always shown at checkout before you confirm. There are no surprise charges at the door.

3. Cold chain items (insulin, vaccines, biologics)

Temperature-sensitive medicines are packed in insulated packaging with ice packs and dispatched on priority. Because cold chain integrity cannot be guaranteed over multi-day courier journeys in Pakistan’s climate, cold chain items are delivered within Karachi only. Please refrigerate these items immediately on receipt. Our rider will not leave a cold chain parcel unattended.

4. Prescription verification and dispatch

Prescription orders are dispatched only after our pharmacist verifies the prescription. Verification normally takes under 2 hours during working hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 7 days a week). If verification pushes an order past the 6:00 pm same-day cutoff, we will tell you and deliver first thing the next day.

5. Discreet packaging

All parcels are packed in plain packaging that does not disclose the contents. The delivery label shows your name and address and our pharmacy name only, never the medicine names.

6. Receiving your order

• Please keep your phone reachable. Riders call before arrival.
• Check the parcel at the door: seal intact, items matching your order, expiry dates visible. If anything is wrong, you may refuse the parcel or contact us immediately (see the Return and Refund Policy).
• If we cannot reach you after 3 attempts across 2 days, the order will be returned to us. COD orders are cancelled. Prepaid orders are refunded minus the delivery charge or redelivered on request.

7. Delays outside our control

Weather, protests, road closures, and courier disruptions occasionally delay deliveries despite our best efforts. If your medicine is urgent and a delay occurs, call us. We will tell you honestly where the parcel is and, for essential medicines within Karachi, try to arrange an alternative rider.
